Update as from Thursday 6th August...

Following our first post-lockdown meeting back in the church building on 2nd August, we plan to continue meeting at the same time on Sundays (6pm-6.45pm) for the rest of the month. These meetings will be compliant with government guidance, which will mean there will be many restrictions, not least the number of people who will be able to attend, so for now we will be continuing with our Bible ministry via our Youtube channel (see below), which will remain our principal teaching session of each week. We will continue to meet for fellowship, prayer and Bible study at various times during the week via Zoom. Please contact us via our website if you would like to join us for any of these sessions - our aim will be to make you feel at home among friends, so you won't be expected to know anything first - just come along and sample Christian fellowship!

If you intend to come to the church on Sundays, it would be helpful if you could arrive by 6.20pm, to enable us to go through the various necessary processes before the meeting. Stewards will be in place to help direct you to your seat, and to answer any queries. We suggest you bring your own Bible, as we will not be distributing church Bibles. Where feasible, we will also display Bible readings on a screen by projector. Please also note that from 9th August, face masks will be required to be worn by law, unless you are entitled to an exemption. We will have a supply of these at the door for anyone who arrives and finds that they do not have one.

There are also many other Bible-believing churches offering good Christian ministry at this time - we would be happy to recommend these to you, if you are from a different Christian tradition, or are seeking a Christian church in the area where you live. We also recommend the Christian TV channel Clayton TV (https://www.clayton.tv/) for live-streamed services on Sundays at 10.30am & 6.30pm. This site also has past Keswick Convention talks, the Christianity Explored talks & The Bible Overview course on it, as well as many other good programmes.

Here's how you can keep in touch:

During this time, if you would like to speak to us please call 01395 225 757 or send us an email info@scottdrivechurch.org.uk.
