Activities & meetings

When lockdown restrictions are not in force, we are meeting at the church premises on Sunday mornings at 10.30am. These meetings last for about one hour and a bit, and include an all-age talk, prayer, Bible reading and sermon. Because at present singing is not permitted, we listen to recorded hymns and songs, and clap or hum along!

These meetings are fully compliant with government guidance, so please be aware that there will be restrictions on the number of people who will be able to attend, and facemasks will need to be worn, unless you are in an exempt category. For those who are unable to attend, recordings of sermons will be available during the week, and there is a back catalogue of sermons on audio and YouTube on our website.

If you intend to come to the church on Sundays, it would be helpful if you could arrive by 10.20am, to enable us to go through the various necessary processes before the meeting. Stewards will be in place to help direct you to your seat, and to answer any queries. We encourage you to bring your own Bible, though church Bibles will be available also. There will be a supply of facemasks at the door for anyone who arrives and finds that they do not have one.

Mid-week meetings

We continue to meet for fellowship, communion, prayer and Bible study at various times during the week via Zoom. Please contact us via our website if you would like to join us for any of these sessions - our aim will be to make you feel at home among friends, so you won't be expected to know anything first - just come along and sample Christian fellowship!

Admission is free and all are welcome.

Please contact us for further details on any of our activities.

With the national lockdown due to end this week, meetings at the church will resume from Thursday 3rd December. Recordings of services or sermons are available on our Youtube channel (via our 'Broadcasts' page) or on audio (via our 'Sermons' page). This Sunday coming, 6th December, we are continuing our series from the Book of Numbers ('Pilgrim through this barren land'), looking at Numbers 12, entitled 'Opposition to Moses'.
